Meet Pastor Kristin

Hi my name is Pastor Kristin Campbell. I want to share my testimony with all those I meet and I have found the internet to be a wonderful tool to do so. I hope that my testimony blesses you and brings you strength in the Lord.
I grew up in the Lutheran church and really didn't know much about having a personal relationship with Jesus until my junior year in high school when I was introduced to the fire of the Holy Spirit for the first time at a summer camp church meeting that a friend invited me to go to with her. Before I went to this meeting I suffered from post-traumatic flash backs and depression but my friend Stacey knew what I needed...Jesus!
That year a Christian club was started on campus! It was great! I was being taught of all the wonderful things Jesus did for me and experiencing it with teens my own age! Then in my senior year a friend and I met before school each morning to pray and we carried our Bibles around as a witnessing tool!
The summer after my freshman year of college I went to Yellowstone National Park to live and work as a maid. But that was not the only reason God had lead me there! I got involved with 2 Christian groups ministering in the park and I held my own Bible study. At Yellowstone I could wander off and view the beauty that the Lord had created sit on a rock and pray for hours as the Lord brought beautiful animals by where I was sitting.
Throughout the rest of my years of college I would have verses of the day put out side my dorm room door and a little prayer box for people who needed prayer. I also began to get deeper into the word and even minored in Biblical Lit. I majored in psychology because that is where I thought the Lord was leading me.
God blessed me with a job working as a crisis counselor with children for seven years...some of that time during college. It crushed my heart to see these children in such pain. I would go home (sometimes in tears) and pray for them every night.
I got married to my loving husband in 1994. We a dog named Honey and live in beautiful Camano Island, Washington. On September 5th 1997 I was ordained by a non-denominational Christian ministry and was given a church charter for Living Rock Ministries. This site is a part of that ministry. Living Rock Ministries is an online ministry designed to up lift brothers and sisters in Christ and to lead the lost back home. Through email, chat's, ICQ and AOL instant messenger God has been able to use me to lead others to Christ and prayer for their needs. Right now I am available on MSN messenger at my email address pastorkristin@livingrockministries.com. Any time I am online I am available to talk with.
Being on the internet Living Rock Ministries is truly an international ministry. People from around the world have asked me questions about the Lord...including countries like India, Iraq, Turkey, Taiwan, Russia, Israel and many others! I am honored to be a part of what the Lord is doing on the net!
In the last couple years God has lead me back to my counseling one on one with my Christian brothers and sisters. I has been so awesome to see the Holy Spirit working in the lives of others. Although I included this work under Living Rock Ministries it was not on the internet but face to face.
The Lord has taught me so much about His majesty and glory and awesome power in the last year that I look forward to sharing it with you all. I praise the Lord so much for giving me the ability to get the domain name livingrockministries.com. God has been so faithful and has answered my prayer. Finally I will be able to share the Gospel on a site where I do not have to worry about other harmful things being advertised. "But it was because the LORD loved you and kept the oath he swore to your forefathers that he brought you out with a mighty hand and redeemed you form the land of slavery, from the power of Pharaoh king of Egypt. Know therefore that the LORD your God is God; he is the faithful God, keeping his covenant of love to a thousand generations of those who love him and keep his commands." Deuteronomy 7:8-9 Praise be to God!
I pray that you too will know the anointing of our Might God and walk in righteousness as Jesus did!
